Eligibility
Any Veteran in need of assistance in Tazewell county with proof of service and honorable discharge. Veterans with an other-than-honorable discharge will also be considered.
DD14 or ID needed if 1st visit

Proof of residency and DD-214 showing discharge status

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
